Ingredients
- 3 cups black beans, cooked
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice from ½ lemon
- ½ tsp. cumin, ground
- ½ tsp. coriander, ground
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- Salt to taste
Method
- Combine the beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and spices into a food processor or blender
- Blend until smooth
- While blending, pour the olive oil and water in to emulsify the mixture
- Serve and enjoy
