Chocolate Ganache

All summer, I had an opened can of coconut milk in the back of my fridge, unsure what to do with it (I wasn’t in the mood for a curry).  Instead, I used it in a dessert and made a multiuse ingredient to dip fruit in or top a cake.  Let me know what you use it for!

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate, chopped

Method

  1. In a double boiler, melt coconut milk and chocolate over a low boil
  2. Stir mixture until coconut and chocolate are fully melted and incorporated
  3. Let cool slightly for approximately 10 minutes
  4. Serve and enjoy
