Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 cups dates, chopped
- ½ cup peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- Any jam or preserves of your choice
Method
- Add oats into a food processor with the S blade
- Pulse until oats are processed into a coarse flour
- Add dates, peanut butter, and salt into food processor
- Process until mixture is homogeneous
- Roll balls and press thumb into center to make small well in each cookie
- Refrigerate for approximately a half hour
- Spoon jam or preserves into well
- Serve with coffee, milk, tea, or any beverage of your choice
- Enjoy!
