Chocolate Walnut Cookies

Sometimes, you just want some chocolate.  I got you.


  • 2 cups dates, chopped
  • ½ cup walnuts, whole
  • 3 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp. cacao nibs (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor with the S blade
  2. Process until mixture is homogeneous
  3. Roll balls and refrigerate for approximately a half hour
  4. Serve with coffee, milk, tea, or any beverage of your choice
  5. Enjoy!
