I love cookies, but sometimes I can’t be bothered to turn the oven on. For this reason, this recipe is ideal for me and all the other lazy cooks out there. Plus, almonds are delicious, so there you go.

Ingredients
- ½ cup oats, rolled
- 2 cups dates, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. almond butter
- ½ cup oats, rolled
- ¼ cup almonds, whole
- Pinch of cardamom (optional)
- Almonds for garnish
Method
- Add oats into food processor with S blade
- Process until oats reach coarse flour consistency
- Add in dates, almond butter, oats, almonds, and cardamom
- Process until mixture is homogeneous
- Add more oats until dough-like consistency is reached
- Roll balls and press almond into top for garnish
- Serve with coffee, milk, tea, or any beverage of your choice
- Enjoy!
