Strawberry Almond Smoothie Bowl

There is nothing quite like summer than fresh strawberries and soft-serve ice cream.  Paired with almonds, this is one of the best ways to start the day.  Who doesn’t like ice cream for breakfast?



  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup plant milk (optional)
  • 1-2 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp. almonds, chopped
  • Fresh strawberries, diced or halved for garnish
  • Hemp seeds for garnish (optional)


  1. Place the frozen bananas, strawberries, and plant milk into a blender
  2. Blend until creamy (help the blender out by thawing the frozen fruit for about 15 minutes before blending)
  3. Scoop smoothie into a bowl
  4. Swirl in almond butter
  5. Top with almonds, strawberries, and hemp seeds
  6. Enjoy!
